The P-32 low loader is designed for fast transport of tracked and wheeled equipment and other material weighing up to 40 tons. In an emergency, up to 46 tons, but the maximum speed can be 10 km / h. It is designed for driving in a set with a tractor on roads I to III. class, on paved roads and on tolerable terrain without external unevenness and obstacles. The low loader is a three-axle trailer with a flat loading platform. It consists of a frame with a platform and access bridges, axles with vehicle wheels, brake systems, steering and wiring.
