- We regularly deliver to most countries around the world.
- For most non-European countries or destinations without predefined shipping options in the checkout, please select “Individual shipping”.
- In this case, payment is not completed immediately – the order is saved and we will contact you with the exact shipping cost. You can then decide whether to proceed and pay.
💶 How does individual shipping work?
- You place the order with the “Individual shipping” option.
- The order is saved without payment.
- We will contact you and send you a shipping quote based on your country and the weight of your parcel.
- Once you confirm, we will send you a payment link (via payment gateway or PayPal).
- After payment, your order will be shipped.
📦 Shipping prices
- Prices depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.
- As a general estimate, shipping outside Europe starts at 25 EUR.
- We will always provide an exact quote before any payment is requested.
⏱ Delivery times
- Europe: usually 3–7 working days.
- Outside the EU: usually 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
🇪🇺 Predefined shipping for selected countries
For some European countries (e.g. Slovakia, Germany, Austria, etc.), shipping rates are already configured in our system, allowing you to complete your order and payment immediately.
⚠️ Minimum order value
All international orders must meet a minimum value of 40 EUR.
Orders below this amount will not be processed.
