Did you accidentally order something you already own? Got our model as a gift? Or simply changed your mind?

No problem at all. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we’ll be happy to exchange it for something else within 30 days of delivery. And if you prefer a refund, you can send the item back within the standard 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract.

We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us – that’s why we handle every complaint to the satisfaction of the customer. Whether it’s a missing piece, damaged product or anything else, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

📦 Before you send anything – please read

  • Please always contact us first and agree on the process. Each case may require a different approach – exchange, refund, or repair.
  • The best way is to send us an email – briefly describe the issue, include your order number and ideally photos of the product or packaging. We'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you're unsure, feel free to call us at +420 549 216 356. We're happy to go through it with you over the phone.
  • In most cases, we’ll provide a return code for Zásilkovna (Packeta) so you can send the item back to us free of charge.
  • Please never send anything back on your own! Sometimes parcels are sent to the wrong address or as cash on delivery – and in that case, we never receive them. It’s always important to contact us first and agree on the steps.
