The Roman Catholic Church of St. Michael the Archangel, located on a hill above Vítochov at an altitude of 626 m, is one of the oldest churches in Moravia. At present, it belongs to the parish of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the Žďár deanery of the Brno diocese, and services are held there only occasionally. The church is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
