The bailiff's office in Velké Karlovice or Karlovské bailiff's office is a timbered bailiff's structure in the Bzové valley in Velké Karlovice in the Vsetín district. The monument consists of a set of residential buildings and outbuildings. It has been protected as a monument since 1958 and on July 1, 2010 it was declared a national cultural monument. You can see a copy of the bailiff's residential building, as well as many other houses from Karlovice, in the Wallachian Open-Air Museum in Rožnov.

Jura Hudeček became the first known fellow in Karlovice, who received it for his faithful service to the Žerotíns. The original bailiff's office probably looked different from the current one. When Michal Billa married here, the bailiff passed to him in 1721. It was not until Ján Billa who rebuilt the bailiff's office into its current form. The building was built in 1793 by master carpenter Jan Žák, who also created a bailiff's office in Solance. The bailiff's office remained in the hands of the Bill family until 1825, when it was acquired by František Zrůnek. The last Charles Fojt became Karel Barvič, who was a rich merchant from the merchant's house where the Charles Museum is now.

When the robot was abolished in 1848, the bailiff's office was abolished. During the 134 years of the office, 4 families took turns on the bailiff's office. In 1876, František Borák, the grandson of the last solannice bailiff, bought the former bailiff for 12,000 gold pieces. The Borak family still owns the wooden bailiff's building.
