The exact existence of this guard castle is unknown, nor do we know its owner. Its function was to guard the country path from Moravia to Hungary, as its location would suggest. It cannot be ruled out that it was one of the castle fortresses on the Moravian-Hungarian border; as well as the nearby White Castle. Its exact location has not been known to the professional public for a long time, the localization was carried out by the amateur archaeologist Milan Boris. Based on archaeological research, we can classify its origin to the end of the 13th or the beginning of the 14th century and its demise to the 15th century.
