Tatra 815 je těžký nákladní automobil stavebnicové konstrukce se znakem náprav 4×4, 6×6, 8×8, 10×8, 10×10, 12×8 a 12×12 pro použití na silnici i do těžkého terénu. Motory jsou chlazeny kapalinou nebo vzduchem a disponují výkonem v rozmezí 230–440 kW (310–590 hp). S modelem T815 dosáhl český závodník Karel Loprais šesti vítězství závodě Rallye Dakar. Vůz byl modernizovaný pod názvem 815-2, roku 1997 jako TERRN°1 a naposledy v roce 2018 pod jménem Terra.
