Škoda Scala is a lower middle-class car based on the Vision RS design study of Škoda Auto. With its dimensions, it fills the gap in the car manufacturer's offer between Fabia and Octavia. The car is supposed to compete with the VW Golf, Ford Focus, or Opel Astra. The development took four years, it is manufactured in Mladá Boleslav and the official premiere took place on December 6, 2018 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The configurator was launched in January 2019, sales began in April.
