The Claas Xerion is an agricultural system tractor that Claas presented to the public in November 1993 after decades of development work. Between 1995 and 1999, around 80 units of the Xerion 2500 and 3000 types were produced in a pilot series. However, series production of the system tractor only began in 2003 with the 3300 type. The Xerion then developed into the flagship of the Claas tractor division.
