The Church of St. Andrew is a sacral building in Hodslavice in northern Moravia on the border of the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions. The church is wooden, built in 1551 in the Gothic style. During the 17th and 18th centuries, an Empire extension was added to it. The aedicule altar was created at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries. The church also houses a copy of the Hodslavic Madonna, the original of which - created during the 15th century - is, however, stored elsewhere. The building is the oldest church in the Moravian-Silesian region.
The building is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
