Leo Pavlík (* November 14, 1947) is a former Czech racing driver. Pavlík is considered a legend of Czech rallying, associated with JZD Slušovice, the Audi Sport factory team (which tested in Slušovice) or in general for his achievements (5x Czechoslovak champion). Pavlík was originally a skier, today he works as a ski and motorsport coach.

His racing career lasted from 1969 to 1989. Originally, however, Pavlík was a skier.

Oldřich Gottfried was his co-driver from 1976 to 1978, Bořivoj Motl from 1978 to 1980, František Šimek from 1981 to 1984 and Karel Jirátko from 1985 to 1989.

Between 1979 and 1983 he won several victories with the Renault 5 Alpine (to which Vladimír Hubáček helped him thanks to his contacts from the time when he himself raced with Renault), then from 1985 to 1989 he was and is loyal to Audi.
