Legal guarantee
★★★★★★★★★★★★ G
GUARANTEE
Protection provided by a legal guarantee of at least two years on goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can exercise their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if the goods:
✓do not match the description,
✓do not work as they should.
✓a free repair or a free replacement,
✓in some cases a price reduction or a full refund.
In some countries the legal guarantee is longer. Second-hand goods may be covered by a shorter guarantee period, but never less than one year. To find out more about your rights in a specific country, scan this QR code or ask the seller.

1Contact the seller as soon as possible and report the problem.
2Provide proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt, invoice or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently of the legal guarantee. For example, the GARAN mark represents a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no extra cost and covering the goods as a whole.
